The Sculpting Process—From Sketch to Ethereal Beauty

1. Sketching the Core Structure
- Using Curvy’s sketch-based modeling, I quickly outlined the angel’s graceful stance, ensuring the proportions felt majestic and serene.
- The soft move tools helped refine the flow of the robes and wings, making sure the silhouette was elegant and uplifting.

2. Sculpting the Divine Details
- Expansive Wings: Using proxy array, I sculpted layered feathers, ensuring they looked soft yet powerful.
- Glowing Halo: The warp brushes helped refine the circular glow, making it feel like a beacon of celestial energy.
- Flowing Fabric: A mix of inflate and deflate brushes added depth to the robes, ensuring they looked light and ethereal.

3. Painting & Texturing for Maximum Impact
- Soft golden hues gave the angel a warm, divine glow, making them feel like a guardian of light.
- Lightmaps & Specular Highlights: These enhanced the radiance of the halo and wings, ensuring the figure looked like it was bathed in heavenly light.
- Subtle shading: Added depth to the background, ensuring the angel looked like they were emerging from the clouds of a mystical realm.

Final Touches & Rendering

Once the sculpt was complete, I posed the angel in a graceful stance, ensuring they looked ready to bless or protect. The dramatic lighting and atmospheric effects helped enhance the divine atmosphere, making the scene feel like a moment of celestial wonder.

Conclusion—Why This Was So Much Fun

Sculpting this angel in Curvy 3D was an absolute joy! The combination of sketch-based modeling, adaptive sculpting, and detailed texturing made the process fast, fun, and visually stunning.
