I don't expect it will be used to crunch a mesh as much as the example below, but rather tidy up areas that have been over-divided while sculpting - or as part of a "Smooth+Reduce" brush.

To go with dynamic mesh subdivision, Curvy needed a reduction tool. I've got the global reduction working and aim to have a reduction brush soon.
