Is this a bryce render as well. I really love what I have seen from that program.

Yes a bryce render.

Its a great program and works very well with curvy objects.
If you give it a try, suggest:-
starting tips:-
Don't be put off it by some of the over academic tutorials online.
Once you have got hold of the simple controls like positioning and scaling one can start being creative.
Avoid the procedural texture editor unless you are good at maths, suggest import your own image textures.
Don't be too quick to go beyond regular quality or you might waste a lot of time needlessly waiting for renders.
