I used a different workflow that usual for these heads. I loaded up some front+side references of a generic head to make a rough head shaped sculpt. Then I switched to reference images of the characters I wanted to make and warped and sculpted the rough head into two different new heads.
Doing a mesh reduction and polish helped prepare the rough head for further sculpting.
Using the male head as a base mesh I sculpted this woman's head.
It's interesting to see the different proportions on a female head. This sculpt was made from the male head. I used the selection brush and smooth selection to grab large parts of the mesh to rotate and scale into place. Then lots of smooth and polish.
I tried making separate eyelids on this one too - made from Loft objects. I need to work on my eyes more!
