OK, so this is an easy target for Curvy But they were fun to make!
The Square bottle was the hardest - I used "Image/Apply Children: Subtract" using four flat Lofts to 'squash' the sides flat.

I couldn't reproduce the effect you got with a simple translation - But I did get a similar effect by using a white curvy map with a 50% grey border.
