Nice use of textures on this one - and a cool head import too :) The side view technique is handy, I usually have to smooth and tweak my curves with the widget move tool to get the shape I was aiming at. Good variety of Lathes forms here to make all the body parts. I find increasing the resolution o...

Fantasy Sword - Inflate, Apply + Sculptie!

This tutorial shows how to easily make a sword in Curvy, but you will also learn how to make one model take on the shape of another using Image Apply which happens to be an excellent technique for getting tricky shapes into Secold Life as Sculpted Prims. Here is a video of the process using a differ...

Welcome to Curvy Demona, I hope you will have lots of fun with the Sculpties - just remember to turn on Sculptie mode in the edit menu of the 2.0 Beta.

I have sent you the Beta - I think my initial Beta invite in response to the Curvy 1.5 sale got lost in gmail somewhere.

Sculpted Prims in Curvy 3D (For Second Life)

You can easily make Sculpties in Curvy - in fact Curvy modelling is so similar to Sculptie modelling that you can just draw a line and export the result immediately without having to touch UVs or export settings or plugins! It is really very simple! Just draw, sculpt and save. Torley Linden checking...

Nice render + some good looking details there, tho the overall head shape seems a bit strange.

This looks like the cover of a "invasion of the ..." sci-fi novel. I love the spiky legs and head design.

(The preview is broken) So it has music - but not necessarily the best ;) In any case it is better than the weird guy singing abstract vocals I had on there 10 mi...

I use mouse and tablet with curvy. Tablet is easier for drawing curves and painting texture maps - while mouse is easier for tweaking existing shapes and moving objects around. Tracing is where I start a lot of models. I load up a background image in front and left views - then draw round each part ...
