Re: Aartform Curvy 3D 2.0 Pro OSX
Can you find where the installed version of Curvy is put? It should be able to run it from there in the future rather than from the installer. But I don't really know how it works :/

Re: Return of Bones
Revisiting bones - you can now have a heirarchy of objects hooked up to a skeleton so they all deform together without needing to flatten or join each part together.

Re: Aartform Curvy 3D 2.0 Pro OSX
Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Curvy has not been updated on Mac for several years now. The recomended way to use Curvy on Mac is to use an emulator like "Wine" with the Windows version (you can try this out on the demo of Curvy - if it works you can have the upgrade to 4.1) https://www.curvy3d.co...

Re: Dragon Goblet
This one was a Layered Screenshot directly from Curvy, then mixing the ambient occlusion layer with the plain render. Using Curvy's regular lightmaps (matcaps).
I agree with the 3D tool to make 2D graphics, I added a set of isometric views to help in that regard.

For the hair: Turn on Mesh Symmetry. Added a lathe in roughly the right shape and used the Move brush to tweak the volume. I used the Add brush with Intensity set a bit lower (16) and Pinch set to about 30. Drawing stripes of Add+Pinch, and inbetween drawing Sub+Pinch (use the Sub tool or just drag ...

Re: Curvy 3D GO-Extract Mesh Boundary?
Hi, mesh bounday extraction is only in 4.1.
You can draw a curve and set the Pull Tool intensity to 0 to drag individual points on a Line object into place.
Or you can load your model into the 30 day demo version of 4.1 to try out the Boundary command.
