Re: About the icons...

You can reset the top panel with "PANEL TOP" at end of "Extras" menu. This will get moved to "View/Panels..." menu with rest of them. Tooltips are missing for pretty much everything at the moment. You can get more info from the status bar at the bottom of the screen. These are a high priority to ge...

BMP Screenshot ignoring backdrop

For the most part I think this would be desired but i've found a way to enhance 2D images in Curvy (as pointed out in Steam forums) and being able to screenshot the screen as is would be an awesome tick box option

About the icons...

First I want to mention the new toolbar to the left of the screen. I'm assuming this is already a known but if it's accidentally closed out there is no way to get back ALL of those side bar options ever again without resetting Curvy..you can get back some in smaller windows like the sculpting option...

Thanks guys. Now that I'm working again, I've been pretty useless with my art programs. Got a bit lost and confused with the current beta testing going on for the latest Dogwaffle plugins. Have a project started in Curvy two weeks ago that I have yet to get back to. Definitely will look forward to a...

Texture / Bump Painting Question

Hi, guys...haven't had much time over the past few weeks to do much artwork of any kind but have a question concerning texture painting in Curvy. When going to paint the bump and loading the texture for the bump, Curvy automatically applies the entire texture to everything. Is there some way to set ...

That's cool. I'm happy to see someone has taken this 'drawing 3D in 2D' idea and is keeping current with it. All the other developers and projects that I'm aware of have been left on the back burner with exception of Sculptris but that still isn't drawing, it's more like working with clay. =)

Thanks, man. I remembered to use the smooth function this time, plus I got a bit more detailed when initially drawing the curves for the feet instead of making circles and trying to 'warp' them into a defined shape. =)

Ah, that's cool. So if I'm going to adjust res, do so before converting to mesh. =)

Yup, sometimes the resolution slider gets stuck at one res and can no longer be adjusted so it's probably something to do with the way that I'm formatting my models.

I was able to start generating decent stuff after about two days but very simple stuff. That's also only contributing about ten hours total between those two days. For people that like the challenge of learning a new software package, mastery looks like it could take quite some time but still not as...

Simon, question about the move tool - when I go to use it I notice that it tends to drag the entire curve as opposed to just tugging and pulling on one area of the curve. And if I pull quickly it pulls the entire curve away from the object like pulling away a wire. Is there some modifier key that I ...
