A fix for the seam on export.

First of all there are 2 seam types.... The first occurs on mirrored objects where there are 2 thin seams on either side of the object... I found that by scaling the mesh along the x axis helped to remove it. The 2nd occurs on non-mirrored objects where there is 1 thick seam along one side of the ob...

Currently the only version available for purchase is Curvy3D 1.0 available through Shareit. It is NOT as advanced as the beta version which is no longer available. Do trial the demo FIRST as it is a good indicator of what Curvy3D 1.0 is capable of.

Oh we're still alive... albeit a bit quiet... but we are still hanging. Sad to hear about your Curvy probs but we may be able to find a solution for you... PM me and or Mr Nemo with OS, directx version, graphic card and driver versions (not that I can get into it tonight... just heading off to bed)....

All up it took about 20 minutes. Didn't feel the need to put too much effort into it (hiding gaps/seams etc), as the haphazard way they're built seemed to work ok.

Hairdept has a start, mid and end point options under "hairform" options... there's a tutorial type thread about making grass with hairdept in the cgtalk forums... used this method to generate the grass. From what I recall from the hairdept manual it can create differing shaped heads... not too sure...
