importing sculpties into second life no longer works

It worked fine until last week but now when I import the image it only shows a garbled one. I had to change viewer from emerald to emergence which is like emerald and now i cannot create sculpties in second life help

Could you post an example image? Ideally of the sculpt map, and the SL garbled version.

It seems bizarre that only Curvy sculpties would be effected by this - the images will help work it out
