Inflate won't work

I am brand new to Curvy. When I try to inflate a simple black & white image from Paint Program, while it is processing, it says (Error: (% loading)) and nothing appears. I saved it in paint as a 24bit BMP. HELPPP what am I doing wrong?

Hi Mattie, please could you send me the BMP so I can investigate. It may be a subtle change in the type of BMP that breaks the loading compared to what Curvy is used to. (I'll pm my email address)
I usually use image sizes like 128x128 or 256x256, so perhaps you could try one of those?

Resolved over email. This was due to an install problem, and uninstall+reinstalling fixed all the issues
