Undo, Redo

Post by motleyjust »

I like the multiple undo, but I would like a redo.
If I'm undoing, trying to get back to a previous point, and I undo one time too many, I would like to be able to go forward without having to retrace exactly same curve or whatever.

suggest save often using a different name each time(this is good practice for most computer applications)
for example
cat1
cat2
cat3 etc

I do that on with all my apps, but in order to make it as effective as a redo, I would need to save after every change. Fortunately, all the other programs I use have a redo.

the thing is lots of undo/ redo eats up memory fast and when you get into some more complex models you will be glad of that extra memory (i think)

i can make models in half an hour with curvy that used to take days with other apps; give it a little time and you will see the "method in the madness" of curvy
:D
best wishes
