How do you take the mask off?

Post by drawsattention »

I see in the tutorials that you got out of the mask without clicking anything. Is there a shortcut key?

Pressing SPACE will deselect the current selection - be it a mask, curve, or whole object.

Seeing these is making me wish I still had a windows pc Simon. Looks fantastic.

It still surprises me most folks just don't see the power in building up models from little self made primitives like Curvy has.

I hope you get a PC too one day - or get Wine working!

Here are some more basemesh sketching examples - this time taken from my sci-fi man model.

I have tried an app called winonx which is basically wine in a neater package. However the registration box does not show up to enter details. Just see a blank screen. I will continue to try.

In the meantime I am running it fine just now in Bootcamp. Will tell you how I get on later.

Its a part of OSX that allows you to set up a partition on the mac to run a native copy of windows. The problem is I have to reboot to get to windows so have no access at that point to my other osx based apps.

However for checking out the amazing job you have done so far it is perfectly fine.
