foot tappers

Post by sculptor »

Image

made very simply, easily and quickly using curvy3,
sort of construction a curvy beginner might find worthwhile attempting, even if only for the fun.

rendered with bryce

I love the character design, so fun :D Cute detail on the picture in picture too.

Once again I can't guess how you formed your characters - especially the torsos. Some clever use of Tubes, or perhaps a big Voxel Merge...

figure creation
started with lathe for head
converted to mesh
pulled tubes for body arms and legs
pulled lots of small tubes for lumps(randomly and playfully)
used brush selector to select areas of mesh then move and rotate tools to pose

all in a quick and very sketchy way

Thanks for the outline. Glad the posing went well using masks.

Speaking of the "picture-in-picture" thing... how did you do that? Was that something you could automate in Bryce? Or did you have to manually do all that?
