Love the design, Is the pattern done using curvy map and is it hi resolution? I like the way Curvy i s great for making robot type objects. It was one of the reasons I tried it.

Curvy Map, yes; hi res, no. Actually very lo res: 256x256. Several maps, to be honest, I don't really remember which I used; I have tons of them. I generate them with Gimp scripts.
