I followed sculptor's tutorial:

Not good yet, but I'm getting hang of it. Curvy 3D would need a move brush for sculpting (or at least I didn't find it, if it exists). Smooth brush is VERY good. Also, adding ready-made primitives (internally lathes?) like (resizable) sphere or cylinder could be good idea!
I think the lathe and line are very powerful, but for flat surfaces, I think I need to add other tools. Not a problem, really.
I think Curvy will be valuable addition to toolset in organic shapes, I will do a combined effort with several modelers when I have time. These lathes give great degree of freedom, but I think retopo will be needed later...
