This is a 2 hour sculpt from scratch in Curvy 2.0
The basic shapes were several sketched Lathes, then I merged them and used a flat shaped warp brush with low opacity to block out the muscles, then the new Warp+Pinch feature to add the creases.
I sculpted the head and hands separately so I could use higher resolution there.

I really like this Simon. Curvy3d - So Fast - So Small - Come Curvy it all!
Can you take a screen shot of the head. I would love to see the details you were able to achieve. By the way, the hands look incredible. The only thing I'm critiquing IS in fact the hands. Maybe if you affected the level of the joints right above the knuckle. But that's pretty minute. Can you also show a lager picture?

There is a bigger version here (click on the small image to get fullsize)
The hands are a tricky bit to get right - perhaps I could try importing poser hands another time
