Here is the Lo-Poly horse in an action scene, complete with rider! I feel sorry for the horses who will get deafened when they start shooting...

very dynamic and what great fun. Makes me think of "the charge of the light brigade"
There must be some AI going on here.
Do you have your own game engine and what sort of interface do you have to it ?

This is my own engine, StormRaid (Based on DirectX), and it has AI agents written in C++. I use a fairly simple little Finite State Machine to drive their aggressive behaviour mixed with a Flocking Algorithm to stop them colliding into each other.

It is a long way from perfect - I think the horses should end up moving more like motorbikes and bank as they round corners. At the moment they just ride into firing distance, shoot a bit, then the stronger side charges the weaker side as they try to flee.
