Widgit Panel

This panel is called the Tool Properties Panel in the View Menu. It changes name and style depending on the active tool. In particular you should remember that separate brush values are saved for each of the Paint, Smooth, Widgit Move and Widgit Rotate tools.

Controls

The widgit panel is quite straight forward. Each control is already labled on the panel. You can quickly change the scale by pressing the 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 keys on the keyboard with 1 meaning very small and 0 meaning a falloff equal to the length of the whole curve. You can drag left and right on the little Shape picture to change the falloff of the tool. Dragging to the right gives a wide, constant effect with a narrow falloff. Dragging to the left gives a narrow spiked effect with a long falloff. Clicking in the middle gives a gentle smooth effect. Right click on the sliders to enter numeric values.
