To use Widgit Move on a mesh you must first convert the object to a mesh using "Object Menu/Convert to Mesh" or 'K' on the keyboard. Then select the Widgit Move tool from the Tools Panel.

Widgit Move Controls
You can adjust the shape and area of effect of the widgit tool on
the Widgit Move Panel.
Try dragging on the shape and scale controls to change the area and falloff of
the effect.
This examples was made from a simple tube, with Widgit Move scale of 15% and various shapes. Notice how the shape that the mesh drags out is the same as the shape in tool settings.
Unlike Curvy Maps, you can distort the mesh in any direction and make overhangs and complex shapes. If the mesh gets a bit rough press 'S' to smooth it down. Here is the shape from above after some more Widgit Move editing.
