Brush Panel

This panel is called the Tool Properties Panel in the View Menu. It changes name and style depending on the active tool. In particular you should remember that separate brush values are saved for each of the Paint, Smooth, Widgit Move and Widgit Rotate tools.

Controls

The brush panel is quite straight forward. Each control is already labled on the panel. You can quickly change the opacity by pressing the 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 keys on the keyboard with 1 meaning very faint and 0 meaning full opacity. You can drag left and right on the little Shape picture to change the falloff of the brush. Dragging to the right gives a thick solid brush with a narrow falloff. Dragging to the left gives a narrow brush with a long falloff. Clicking in the middle gives a good soft brush with a smooth falloff. Right click on the sliders to enter numeric values.
